The costs of parts (including strings) are not included in any service prices. Any additional work or parts needed for setup that are not originally identified or quoted in the initial consultation will be added only after additional approval is granted from the customer.

We offer repair and modification services through a variety of methods, including: in-house repair facilities, outside service calls, and/or contracted third parties. In any case, Reunite Media accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any customer owned merchandise which was not directly caused by our repairs or handling. The customer is fully responsible for all charges incurred, including but not limited to, freight to and from the repair service facility, parts, labor, tax, handling fee and surcharge/estimate fee (if any). Equipment/Instruments not picked up within 90 days after notification of completed repairs/services (using the contact information provided at time of work order ticket issuance) will be considered abandoned, and will forthright become the property of Reunite Media, LLC
